Privacy policy

How account details, private photos, payments and limited analytics are handled.

Last updated: 2026-10-13

What we process

We process your Google account name, verified email and account identifier to sign you in; your garment and model photos to generate images; and task, credit and billing records to provide the service. Stripe processes payment details. We do not receive full card numbers.

Your photos

Photos are private by default. Inputs are accessible for 24 hours, generated results for 7 days, and saved models until you delete them. Access expires immediately at the stated deadline; storage lifecycle and background cleanup remove expired objects afterward. Download anything you want to keep. We do not publish your photos as examples without separate permission.

Selected files may be stored in this browser's IndexedDB so they survive the Google sign-in redirect. They are not uploaded until you sign in and submit. Remove the files in the studio or clear this site's browser storage to delete local copies. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to view this local draft.

Generation provider

We send short-lived image links to FASHN for processing. These links expire after 30 minutes. FASHN normally removes generated CDN files after three days. Its request metadata, including expired input URLs and prediction identifiers, is not automatically deleted. FASHN states that it does not train on customer content without a separate opt-in agreement. See FASHN's data retention policy and legal terms. Our retention periods describe our storage and do not replace the provider's separate policy.

Other services

Google handles identity, Stripe handles payments, and Cloudflare hosts the application, database and private object storage. We use essential session cookies and may record campaign parameters and identifiable referral sources. Cloudflare Web Analytics, when enabled, measures aggregate site usage without analytics cookies. An absent referrer is recorded as unknown; we do not identify all search traffic as AI traffic.

When enabled, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, example previews, photo selection, sign-in, generation and download actions. Event parameters do not include photo contents, filenames or email addresses. The cookie choice controls analytics storage; rejecting disables analytics storage, while Google Consent Mode may send cookieless measurement signals. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer.

Requests and deletion

Use your account's support page to request access, correction or deletion, or to report privacy concerns. Deleting a saved model removes access immediately. Financial and abuse-prevention records may need to be retained for applicable obligations. Request metadata held by FASHN may require a separate request to its privacy team.

Updates

We may update this policy when service providers or processing change. Material changes will be described on this page.
